Opening hours: The O2 is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
Climb hours: Up at The O2 climbs take place from 11am to 8:30pm in the summer and 11am to 6:30pm in the winter.
Duration: The entire experience takes about 90 minutes to complete. The first part includes your briefing and time to get into your climb gear. The climb will take approximately an hour, depending on the speed of the group.

Yes, a guide is included with your Up at the O2 tickets. Your guide will point out landmarks and interesting facts during your climb.
The O2 will provide you with a harness and climb equipment, along with climb shoes. Jackets and Gilets are also available on request too.

The O2 Climb tickets cannot be cancelled, amended or rescheduled once the booking has been placed.
Yes, you are required to bring a photo ID for verification. Any ID with a clear picture of the individual on it will suffice.
The O2 is a cashless venue so you will need to use your cards. However, you can still use cash at the restaurants and bars outside the arena.
Head to one of the customer service desks outside block 101 on level 1 or block 410 on level 4 and the staff will store your buggy until after the climb.
Yes. The O2 has 3 medical rooms, one outside block 113, one outside 413 and one just behind the main stage for guests who have general admission standing tickets.

Climbs take place in all conditions unless the weather is extreme. Gales, lightning, heavy snow, ice and anything that makes it unsafe will mean the climb will need to close.
You can either book yourself in for the next available climb for free or if no other slots are suitable, you will get a refund.
You can upgrade your ticket to drink on the roof on arrival. However, you will not able to eat or drink on the actual climb. There are several restaurants and bars at The O2 before or after your climb to enjoy.
You can only bring your mobile with you in the phone pocket on your climb jacket and can only be used on the viewing platform. All other belongings including bags and cameras need to be stored in the lockers.
Yes, your guide will carry essential medication like inhalers, insulin and nourishment for you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. We recommend jeans, trousers or shorts rather than skirts or dresses because you’ll be wearing a harness. The staff will provide you with climb shoes for all climbers but you can also wear your own shoes on the climb if they have velcro or laced fastening, are deep tread walking shoes/boots, are clean and mud-free on the soles/tread so as to not damage the walkway. You must wear socks.
You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb start time to check in and register. The staff will try to accommodate you but can’t always check in late arrivals. If you miss your slot, you will not be provided a refund or reschedule.
Yes, but do note that Up at The O2 is 52m high and involves an ascent and descent of up to 30 degrees. Once you’ve started the climb, you have to complete it. However, your guide will be with you the whole way and is trained to help you complete the climb. There is also a rescue team on site for anyone who requires extra assistance. If you're scared or worried you will not be able to climb, you will not be given a refund, so choose carefully before you book your tickets.
